Currently under construction, this brick extension to an end of terrace in a heritage conservation area has a public interface with a narrow side and rear pedestrian lane. The proposal managed to maximise it’s floor space potential by stepping the height of the brick box to the rear and introducing a double height light slot in the centre of the plan
